There's something about Autumn that feels comforting. We want to hibernate and get cosy from the cold weather outside. Our homes need to provide us with a level of comfort that makes us feel cocooned as we snuggle up on the sofa that's layered with super soft blankets and throws. I love swapping out cushions and throws for Autumn and adding scented candles that are warm and inviting to our senses.
Just making a few simple changes to your decor can lift the mood of a room. A few well placed accessories, a new mirror, or replacing artwork in warmer tones can all help transform your living room. You're ready to kick off your shoes and enjoy the new tv dramas on Netflix which arrive on our screens, while you sink into that new sofa you've had your eye on for some time perhaps.
