One feature I love the most is the way the furniture and accessories work together, the textures, colours and layout make the room both practical for everyday use and elegant when I have guests.  The attention to detail, like the artwork, lighting and soft furnishings has made such a difference.

What stood out most was Heather herself, she really listened, understood what I was hoping to achieve and had such a warm and approachable way of guiding me through the process.  Beyond the transformation of the room itself, another benefit of the service was how stress-free the whole process was.
